What is Jessica Joh?

Jessica Joh is a digital design shop, built by a graphic designer. We sell affordable, fully-customizable design templates and stock photographs that are ready for you to open and edit, all on your own. They are accompanied by supporting materials that make the editing process a breeze.


We include a do’s & don’ts design guide, video tutorials on how to edit the files, clear instructions on how to export and print because we don’t want you getting hung up on that last step!


Our hope is that you walk away from your Jessica Joh experience with good feelings about  the power of good design and your new stylish look.

Should I Use a Jessica Joh Product?

We design our template files for bloggers and entrepreneurs who want to look good but don’t have a budget to work one-on-one with a designer.

If you want some creative control of your designs but you don’t have the confidence to start from scratch then our designs are perfect for you.  We try to make the process simple as possible and a degree in graphic design or fine art is not required!


All you need is some courage , patience, and a very basic knowledge of programs like Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (i.e. editing text in a text box, changing colors, drawing a rectangle).

If you don’t know the basics we have a video walk through for files in each program that show you how to customize our templates.

I don’t see the project that I need. Can you still help me?

Maybe. We don’t offer custom design services but we want to hear about your project needs.

Do I really need to have well-designed visuals to have a successful business?

Yes.


The face you present to the world can inspire confidence and loyalty, and give your brand a sense of trustworthiness – all of which contribute to your success. Not to mention good design will help you stand out from your competitors


We inherently trust businesses (and people) that look good. If your business looks like you invested money and time into looking good people are more likely to trust you, and therefore they are more likely to buy from you.

Shouldn't I just Hire a Designer?

Hiring a freelance designer can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be extremely expensive! Here are a few things to consider before making your decision:


What’s your budget?  Custom designs from an experienced designer can range from $2000 – $10,000 and up for a full branding/identity project. Even smaller projects can run you hundreds of dollars. 

When do you need it done by?  When hiring a designer there is a wait time involved because they have to fit you into their schedule. How fast they finish your project depends on their availability, experience, and their work ethic.

As with all things the DIY approach isn’t for everyone. If after reading the template project listing and watching the video tutorials you think the edit-yourself approach isn’t for you, or you have a complicated project that we don’t offer, then you should consider hiring a graphic designer to work with one-on-one.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase? Can I get a refund?

Because you receive immediate access to your digital files, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any of our products.


Before purchasing, make sure to read product descriptions, and all of our files are marked with the software needed to edit the files and many have accompanying video tutorials to guide you through the editing process. If you are unsure if you have the skills to use the file watch the video guide first.

Do I need Photoshop to edit the template files?

Every template is marked with the programs needed to edit the file. Most of our files use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Indesign.

We are working on offering each template in multiple programs.

Can I Share the File I Purchase with My Business Partner?

 If you have a business partner or a team and are purchasing the templates to be used by your business that is fine. We understand that the templates purchased may inevitably need to be edited by more than one person.

Use your best judgment and if you have any questions about our terms, email us.


Please remember that we are also a small business. So we would appreciate not using our files for your business, and then give them away to anyone else to use for their business.

I’m a Designer / Virtual Assistant. Can I use a Jessica Joh Templates for My Own Client Work?

We’d love for you to use our templates as a jumping off point for your own designs. Although, before putting it in your portfolio and claiming it as your own original design they would need to evolve into a different design.

 

Can I Resell or Redistribute the Products I Have Purchased?

No, this isn’t allowed.
